Introduction: This week we will study some regional differences in the pronunciation of the letters "wh", look at the category of English glides, and take a diagnostic quiz to see how much you have learned in this course. Follow your professor's instructions to complete the tasks below.


Task 1: /hwʌt dɪd ju seɪ/
Read the sentences in your natural accent. Then read them again and pronounced all of the "wh" words with the /hw/ variation.
