Introduction: Hello and welcome to Week 14, the final class of the course Design and Evaluation of Teacher Training Programs and Workshops for the Master's in English Teaching at ULACIT. You will also present your proposal for an ongoing professional development program for a group of teachers.

• Present your ongoing professional development program proposal in the form of an informative and persuasive presentation in a teacher staff meeting.
• Give feedback on the ideas presented by your peers.
